Be One of Us

Role Model Responsible Drinking

Kids often pay more attention to what adults do rather than what adults say. Leading by example and demonstrating responsible drinking when consuming around children helps them learn through role modeling how to handle alcohol when they are older.

Be One of Us Establishments Project

The Be One of Us Establishments Project is a local initiative launched by Talbert House in partnership with local stakeholders including the Mental Health and Recovery Board Serving Warren and Clinton Counties, the City of Lebanon, the Lebanon Area Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Lebanon.

The Goal:

  1. Increase awareness about drinking responsibly
  2. Support the family-friendly character of Lebanon
  3. Support of local establishments

By increasing awareness, we can intentionally foster and protect the family-friendly charm of Lebanon and empower adults to make responsible choices about alcohol and lead youth by example.
