Talbert House Recognized as Top Workplace for 2024
CINCINNATI – Talbert House has been recognized as a Top Workplace for 2024 by Enquirer Media, based on feedback from the Energage Workplace Survey. The survey measures 15 key cultural drivers crucial for organizational success, including alignment, execution, and connection.

Talbert House empowers children, adults, and families to live healthy, safe, and productive lives through prevention, assessment, treatment, and reintegration. With five service lines—Addictions, Community Care, Court and Corrections, Housing, and Mental Health—the agency operates multiple sites across Southwest Ohio. Last year, Talbert House served over 39,000 clients in person and provided prevention and hotline services to 103,000 individuals.
