Laurie Hoppenjans, Megan Jones and Angela Satterfield Join Agency’s Directors Team

CINCINNATI – Talbert House welcomes Laurie Hoppenjans and Megan Jones as new directors to the Agency. Laurie is the Court and Corrections director for regional services, Megan will serve as a director in the Agency’s Housing service line and Angela has been promoted to director for Behavioral Health residential services.

Laurie is an attorney-at-law and brings experience in reentry and health care. She has a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and a law degree from Northern Kentucky University. Laurie belongs to both the Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations and has served as Board President for the Wyoming School Foundation.

Formerly with Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health, Megan brings over 20 years of experience advocating and engaging with vulnerable populations to establish sustainable housing opportunities. Megan has a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in English literature. She has served on the local Homeless System Board’s steering team (Homeless Clearinghouse) and as chair of the Homeless System Homeless Outreach Workgroup.

Angela joined Talbert House in 2015 as court liaison for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment (ADAPT) program. Recently, Angela served as the associate director for ADAPT and Burnet Intensive Services (BIS). She has a master’s degree in criminal justice and is working toward a second master’s in social work. Angela is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) III and is pursuing licensures in Independent Chemical Dependency (LIDC) and Social Work (LSW). Angela is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) Sorority and Inspirational Bible Church.
