Talbert House Receives 2024 Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health

CINCINNATI – Talbert House is thrilled to receive the 2024 Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health from Mental Health America. This prestigious award highlights the organization's dedication to fostering a healthy and supportive work environment for its employees.

Rachel Faris, Human Resources Director, stated, “Helping our clients begins with taking care of the staff who assist them”. She highlighted Talbert House's Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided through Behavioral Health Systems (BHS), which offers free counseling services to employees and their families, covering many areas such as work/life balance, stress management, and financial support.
