Talbert House Promotes Tiffany Thomas and Mollie Flynn
Talbert House would like to announce two promotions on the leadership team: Tiffany Thomas is now the Vice President of Community Care and Mollie Flynn has been named Director of Court and Corrections in Cincinnati.
Tiffany Thomas joined the Agency in 2009 as a Clinical Service Provider at Pathways. After briefly working with another agency, Tiffany returned to Talbert House in 2013 as a Resident Advisor and continued to increase her skills and responsibilities. Tiffany has served as an Operations Supervisor, Associate Director and Director. With her knowledge of the Agency experience in different roles, Tiffany will lead the Community Care service line as Vice President overseeing a wide array of workforce and prevention programming. Tiffany holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Mollie Flynn began her Talbert House career as a Clinical Corrections Provider in 2015 and was eventually promoted to Clinical Supervisor. In her work, Mollie has developed an in-depth knowledge of the Federal Bureau of Prison’s contract and assisted with the launch of the Hamilton County Community Alternative Sentencing Center (CASC). After leading as an Associate Director for the Cornerstone and Pathways programs, Mollie will excel in her new role as Director of Court and Corrections of Cincinnati. Mollie has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is licensed in Ohio as both an LSW and LCDC III.
