2024 Annual Report
This year, Talbert House focused on overcoming challenges, celebrating successes, and fostering hope. Under Josh’s first year as CEO, we strengthened our leadership team and aligned our vision for long-term success. Together, we lifted those in need and built healthier communities. None of this would be possible without the commitment of our donors, the passion of our staff, and the trust of our stakeholders. Thank you for being part of this journey of hope.
2023 Annual Report
This year, Talbert House embraced the theme of "Honoring the Past - Embracing the Future" with a significant leadership transition. After a remarkable 49-year tenure, Neil Tilow stepped down as CEO, appointing Josh Arnold as the new President and CEO. This transition reflects our commitment to honoring past achievements while purposefully moving forward into the future. We deeply appreciate every member of the Talbert House community, including our supporters such as funders, donors, partners, board members, staff, and volunteers, for your dedication that has fueled our success.
2022 Annual Report
This year, Talbert House funders, donors, partner organizations, Board members, staff and volunteers united to face the many challenges presented in our community. Through workforce challenges, housing crisies, drug overdoses reaching an all-time high in Ohio and not to forget the ongoing pandemic, we unified our shared attitudes, values and goals to change lives. We are grateful to the individuals, businesses and foundations that make up our Talbert House Community.
